GENERAL STUFFS
For scottish, the quality of the fur is a genetic matter. So we only breed dogs with a rough, dense coat and good undercoat. But a good coat needs regular cares, and a coat witch is not that good coat can be improved with regular and constant care. A dog must be healthy, well fed and kept as clean as possible, he must be stripped but never shared. Stripping allows new hairs to grow properly. The dog must be trained to accept all those grooming acts without acting foolish or agressive.

Don"t bathe a scottish terrier often. In absolute nenecessity use a shampoo for dogs with little acidity.
